C H A P T E R O N E
ARETICLE ONE: ESTABLISHEMENT OF THE SECTION (SOCIETY)
1.1 The _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ section will be established under the umbrella of the Emirates Medical Association and in accordance with its internal rules & regulations. 1.2 Under the title of _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Section (Society), it will be one of the branches springing out of the main Association body. 1.3 Four the establishment of a section, a request must be submitted to the Cultural Committee of the EMA signed by a minimum of 14 EMA members.
ARTICLE TWO : OBGECTIVE OF THE SECTION
The establishment of the section will aim at achieving the objectives of the Association which are:
2.1 The strengthening of ties among its members. 2.2 The support and promotion of the _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ services in the country. 2.3 The spreading of health Education among the population and the emphasis on the importance of _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ . 2.4 The participation in the scientific activities of equivalent medical institutions in the Arab & International world, particularly in the field of _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ . 2.5 The strengthening of the relation between this section & other sections affiliated to the Association. 2.6 The activation of medical meetings among its members through the organization of scientific seminars, congresses, workshops etc.. in the _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ field.
ARTICLE THREE : SCOPE OF THE SECTION The Section undertakes to comply with all the rules and regulations of the Emirates Medical Association and with the decisions issued by its board of Management.

MEMBERSHIP
ARTICLE FOUR : PRE-REQUISTE CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY 4.1 The member of a section must be a member of the Emirates Medical Association 4.2 The member of a section must abide by the basic bylaws of the Association in addition to the internal rules and regulation of the section itself. 4.3 The member must be a medical doctor specialized in _ _ _ _ _ _ or a medical doctor working within the scope of _ _ _ _ _ _ .
ARTICLE FIVE : MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
5.1 Full Working Members: 5.1.1 Members Specialized in _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _. 5.1.2 Non Specialized members who have sent a minimum period of two years working in any _ _ _ _ _ _ department.
5.2 Associate Members: These are members who have expressed their special willingness to join the section. Each section is entitled to determine the conditions that are deemed suitable for associate membership, provided such conditions are endorsed by the Cultural Committee of the Emirates Medical Association. 5.3 Honorary Members: These are individuals to whom the section decides to grant honorary membership on basis of their notoriety in the field of the specialty or their senior position in the medical services.

ARTICLE NINE: SECTION’S MANAGING BOARD
9.1 The Section’s affairs will be run by a managing board consisting of the Chairman & four members elected during an ordinary session of the Section’s General Assembly attended will remain in post for duration. 9.2 The managing Board of the Section will remain in post for the Emirates Medical Association. 9.3 Elected Section members will have the freedom to decide in the distribution of the management posts. 9.4 The Chairman of the Section’s Managing Board can attend meetings of Cultural Committee as an observer but will have no voting privilege.
ARTICLE TEN : SECTION’S MANAGING BOARD MEETINGS
The meetings of the Section’s Managing Board will be held regularly at a minimum rate of once a month and a copy of the minutes of each meeting must be sent to the Cultural Committee of the Emirates Medical Association.

ARTICLE ELEVEN : SECTION’S FINANCES
11.1 Since the Emirates Medical Association is subsidizing the various sections, the financial matters of each section will be covered by the association’s accounts. 11.2 If the section gets donations or other type of income, such funds must be deposited in the Association’s accounts.
ARTICLE TWELVE : SECTION’S CORRESPONDENCE
12.1 The section will hold office within the premises of the Emirates Medical Association 12.2 All correspondence related to the Section will use the official Association letterhead format, with an indication of the Section’s designations. 12.3 All correspondence related to the section will be filed and kept within the premises of the Emirates Medical Association. 12.4 A copy of each correspondence related to the Section must be sent to the Chairman of the Cultural Committee.
ARTICLE THIRTEEN : SECTION’S REPORTING
All actions & activities of the section will be under the direct supervision of the cultural committee of the Emirates Medical Association & must comply with the internal bylaws governing the sections and issued by the Cultural Committee with the approval of the Emirates Medical Association’s Board of Directors.

ARTICLE FOURTEEN : DISBANDING OF THE SECTION BY GENERAL ASSEMBLY
14.1 Disbanding of the Section can be decided by an extraordinary session of the sections General Assembly provided that more than half of the Session’s members attend the session and that a majority if two-thirds of the attending members is obtained. 14.2 All such decisions must be notified to the Association Cultural Committee and the Board of Management.
ARTICLE FIFTEEN: DISBANDING OF THE SECTION BY THE ASSOCIATION The Association Board of Management reserves the right to disband the Section through the Cultural Committee and will indicate the reasons and reports that have resulted in such a decision.
ARTICLE SIXTEEN : EFFECTIVE DATE OF BYLAWS
The sections bylaws will take effect on the date Association Board of Directors agrees with it.
