EMA Membership The following are the advantages of being an Emirates Medical Association member Three issues of EMA Medical Journal free of cost. Information regarding the courses, symposiums, and conferences being conducted by EMA for each specialty by E-mail, Post, Fax,News in News papers, posters and SMS. Special rates for the courses, symposiums, and conferences conducted by EMA for each specialty. Help the doctors for their higher studies.
The Association Aims, to develop Medicine and Science related to it, to keep the rules of this job; take care of the behavior of its members to co-operate with Government Medical Establishment and other Medical organizations in the Country and to spread the medical awareness among Citizens. It also aims to improve doctors Scientific Performance in all means, and to give Suggestions in Organizing practicing and Medical rules.
It also helps Local Students who are studying medicine in other countries, to co-operate with Ministry of Education, to communicate with foreign Universities and to help Students in Continuing their higher studies if they want to.
The Association has a management administration consists of seven members elected by the General Assembly every two years.
The Board of Directors consists of the following: President, Vice-President, General Secretary, Treasurer, Culture Committee chairman, Social Committee Chairman and Media & Public Relation Chair and are as follows:
